Colonel (Retired) Jim LeNoir has accepted the position of Vice President for Defense and Homeland Security Programs of American Business Development Group (ABDG) effective 1 May 2011. He will be responsible for the day-to-day management of ABDG’s current and future clients regarding business strategies within the Department of Defense and Homeland Security. Jim LeNoir joined ABDG in 2005 and has helped our clients navigate through the very tough procurement decisions, of which, most ended with our clients being on the winning, award side. For last two years Jim has led our most successful division, The National Guard and Homeland Security Division as its Director, leading a team of sales, marketing, legislative and administrative professionals in support of our client’s initiatives.
Jim joined ABDG after retiring from the Army National Guard after 29 years of service. Prior to retiring, he served as the Chief, Army Logistics Division, National Guard Bureau where he was responsible for administering the Army National Guard’s logistics programs and managing the material readiness of the Army National Guard. From October 2003 to January 2004, he deployed to Kuwait where he served as the Army National Guard Senior Advisor for the Commander, Coalition Land Forces Component Command. Before serving as the Chief of the Army Logistics Division, Colonel (Ret) LeNoir served as the Deputy Director, Program Development for the Department of the Army’s Deputy Chief of Staff, G4.
