American Business Development Group to Attend the 2017 National Guard Association of the United States Conference

American Business Development Group (ABDG) is proud to announce, along with our clients, we will be participating in the 139th annual National Guard Association of the United States (NGAUS) General Conference and Exhibition in Louisville, Kentucky. The Conference will take place September 7- 11, 2017 at the  Kentucky Exposition Center. This annual Conference will bring together National Guard members and the 54 Adjutants Generals, as well as defense officials, industry representatives and lawmakers.

Bill Skipper, ABDG President and CEO said, “ABDG has worked hard over the last 20 years to establish a team of experts who provide superior assistance to our National Guard clients. The ABDG experts attending the Conference are:

  • Jim LeNoir – Recognized as a subject matter expert in the areas of logistics, transportation, force management, resource management and strategic planning, Jim is a former Chief of Logistics of the Army National Guard.  Jim is also a member of the NGAUS Corporate Advisory Panel.
  • Mike Ford – Recognized as a subject matter expert in Army aviation operations and air and ground safety, Mike is a former Chief of the Safety and Standardization Branch of the Army National Guard’s Aviation and Safety Division.
  • Frank Lever – Served in the Army National Guard for 36 years holding key senior enlisted leadership positions, Frank retired as the Army National Guard, Command Sergeant Major. He has also served as President of the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States.
  • Daryl McCall – Recognized as a subject matter expert in equipment and training modernization. Daryl is a former Deputy Commanding General for the Army National Guard at the U.S. Army Field Artillery Center and School. Daryl is a Retiree Representative on the NGAUS Board of Directors.
  • Kent Moorhouse – Recognized as a subject matter expert of Defense Contracting, Acquisition Logistics, and Program Management, he is the Director of our ABDG Office located near Detroit Arsenal. Kent is former Product Manager for the ASV. He stands ready to serve clients interested in Defense ground systems.
  • Bill Skipper –  Pioneered the use of the Federal Market Assessment (FMA) and plays a critical role in bringing new technologies to the modern warfighter.
