Ayal Frank Senior Consultant

Ayal Frank is a Senior Consultant for the American Business Development Group, an internationally respected, full-spectrum business development consulting firm, now representing a diverse list of over fifty prominent U.S. and international businesses. American Business Development Group enjoys a reputation as the largest business development firm in the United States which specializes in the re-equipping and modernization of the United States Armed Forces. The firm has facilitated more than $680,000,000 in “new found sales” for client companies in the last year and historically each year for the last four years.

Mr. Frank is a Washington representative to several clients. He is responsible for creating and implementing legislative strategies, business development, media and policy-related efforts on behalf of these clients.

He has work experience in both international business development, as well as national security, foreign policy, and trade issues. In addition, Mr. Frank has an excellent understanding of the Middle East.

Mr. Frank served as the Senior Legislative Assistant to Congressman James Maloney (D-CT) for two years. He was responsible for defense industry and national security issues as well as foreign affairs, trade and veterans' matters for the Congressman. Ayal supported Congressman Maloney's work on the House Armed Services Committee.

Mr. Frank has also served as a legislative liaison in Washington, D.C., and has worked for the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, and interned at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).

He holds a B.A. from Macalester College (St. Paul, MN), and an M.A. from the School of International Service at the American University in Washington.

Mr. Frank is married to Bobbi Kraham. They have two children.
