Congratulations To BG (Ret) Daryl McCall for His Election to NGAUS Board of Directors

American Business Development Group would like to congratulate Daryl McCall on his election to the National Guard Association of the United States’ (NGAUS) Board of Directors; Daryl will be serving as the Army Retiree Representative.

Daryl’s military career includes commands through brigade level and staff assignments from unit level to the Department of Army Staff. His military career culminated with his selection as the first Deputy Commanding General for Army National Guard Field Artillery. In this capacity he set priorities and provided oversight to modernization programs for National Guard field artillery systems in excess of $100 billion.

Beyond field artillery, Daryl is a recognized expert in force structure and force modernization. He served as the Chief of Force Integration, Army National Guard during one of the most volatile times in the history of the Army National Guard. He orchestrated the largest restructuring effort of the Army National Guard since World War II. Later, he represented the Army National Guard during the first Quadrennial Defense Review.

Daryl has also served on the Army National Guard’s Field Artillery Advisory Committee, NGAUS Fire Support Task Force and the NGAUS Corporate Advisory Panel.
