Mr. Ben DeMarco Joins American Business Development Group

Arlington, VA, March 13, 2012- American Business Development Group (ABDG) is pleased to announce that Mr. Ben DeMarco has accepted the position of Senior Consultant with the company and will be supporting ABDG’s efforts from our office in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Mr. DeMarco retired from Federal service in December 2011 and brings more than 37 years of military and government civil service to ABDG’s organization supporting our current and future client base.

Ben’s last assignment was Associate Director in the Tank Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC) National Automotive Center. Previously he served as the Engineering Division Chief within the Program Office for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle. Ben spent the majority of his career at The Tank and Automotive Command (TACOM) in Detroit supporting the Bradley and M113 Family program offices of the combat vehicle community. As a Senior Consultant for ABDG Ben will be supporting our clients as they navigate the complexities of the Department of Defense and those integrators who market and sell to the DOD with his focus on TACOM and TARDEC.

Ben started his service to the Army as a Test Director at the Aberdeen Proving Ground following graduation from Michigan Technological University. His long career provided him with a very broad, cradle to grave, experience across the vehicle life cycle spectrum.
