General Harry W. Jenkins is a Senior Consultant with American Business Development Group, an internationally respected, full-spectrum business development consulting firm, now representing a diverse list of over fifty prominent U.S. and international businesses. American Business Development Group enjoys a reputation as one of the largest business development firms in the United States which specializes in the re-equipping and modernization of the United States Armed Forces.
General Jenkins retired from the U.S. Marine Corps with the rank of Major General. General Jenkins was the Director of Business Development and Congressional Liaison at ITT Industries-Defense, where he was responsible for activities in support of tactical communications systems and airborne electronic warfare between the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, National Guard, and appropriate committees in Congress.
General Jenkins’s background is in naval operations; mine countermeasures; Marine Corps intelligence operations; particularly in regard to its mission use of command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I) systems. During Desert Storm, General Jenkins served as the Commanding General of the Fourth Marine Expeditionary Brigade and has served as Director of Expeditionary Warfare for the Chief of Naval Operations. He is a member of the NRC’s Naval Studies Board.
