Mark Lowman Senior Consultant

Mark Lowman is a Senior Consultant with the American Business Development Group, an internationally respected, full-spectrum business development consulting firm, now representing a diverse list of over fifty prominent U.S. and international businesses. American Business Development Group enjoys a reputation as the largest business development firm in the United States which specializes in the re-equipping and modernization of the United States Armed Forces.

Mr. Lowman has a broad range of experience in the Army logistics community. He served as on active duty for 14 years and as a Reserve Officer for an additional 12 years before retiring at the rank of Colonel. He developed a deep understanding of operational logistics through a variety of command and staff assignments. His assignments include six years with the Forces Command Augmentation Unit, including an active duty tour of two years. He supported the largest mobilization since World War II during Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom as a leader for the Logistics Operations Center and as a senior advisor to the Chief of Supply and Maintenance at Forces Command. His two company commands were with the 10th Special Forces Group during Desert Storm and a year later with the 229th Supply and Services Company during refit and reconstitution.

While serving in the Reserves, Mr. Lowman embarked on a consulting career with Booz Allen Hamilton that led to additional work with L3 Communications and The Gallup Organization. His clients included the Joint Information Operations Warfare Command, Forces Command G3, Forces Command G4, the Army Reserve Command’s Transformation Integration Office, the Air Force Central Command and the Department of the Treasury.

Mr. Lowman holds an MS in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
