Richard Parsons Field Support Representative

Richard Parsons is a Field Support Representative with the American Business Development Group, an internationally respected, full-spectrum business development consulting firm, now representing a diverse list of over fifty prominent U.S. and international businesses. American Business Development Group enjoys a reputation as the largest business development firm in the United States which specializes in the re-equipping and modernization of the United States Armed Forces. The firm has facilitated more than $680,000,000 in “new found sales” for client companies in the last year and historically each year for the last four years.

Prior to joining ABDG Mr. Parsons served 20 years as an Army Logistician and Ordnance Specialist focusing on material management and distribution system enhancements.

Mr. Parsons hails from Rockville, Maryland and graduated from Chaminade University of Honolulu in 2003 with an Associates of Arts degree in Management. The son of a World War II veteran and Career Government Service Employee, he was exposed to the satisfaction of federal service to this great nation and continued the tradition throughout his military career. Enlisting in the United States Army, he served with the First Cavalry Division during Operation Desert Shield/Storm. he also served 6 years in Europe, 3 years in Hawaii and a year in the Republic of Korea.

Additionally, Mr. Parsons has deployed to numerous locations to include Africa and the Middle East. The Global War on Terror kept Richard forward deployed with the 10th Mountain Division during Operation Anaconda and a subsequent return as the Material Manager for the Joint Logistics Command in Afghanistan. Recently, he served as the 2nd Brigade, 10th Mountain Division’s Support and Operations Manager in Baghdad, Iraq.

Mr. Parsons resides in Fort Worth, TX.
