American Business Development Group (ABDG) is pleased to announce Mr. Kent Moorhouse is joining ABDG as a Senior Consultant and will be supporting ABDG’s efforts from our office in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Mr. Moorhouse brings more than 30 years of government and defense automotive industry experience to ABDG’s organization. He will be supporting our current and future client base.
Mr. Moorhouse served 27 years as an Army Officer. After serving his early years as an infantry officer, he was then assigned to the Defense Acquisition Career fields, including: Acquisition Logistics, Government Contracting, and Program Management. Most notably, he held key program integration and contracting leadership positions at the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, and he held various program management positions at the Detroit Arsenal in Warren, Michigan.. After retiring from the Army, he was the Marketing Director for Ground Combat Vehicles, Elbit Systems of America, and just prior to joining ABDG, he was President of Army Ground Vehicle Consultants LLC, providing Defense Program Management consultant services to commercial clients. Working in the Defense Industrial Base in both government and commercial roles for over 30 years, Mr. Moorhouse brings a wealth of Defense Acquisition experience to ABDG.
