Major General Roger A. Nadeau Joins ABDG As Senior Vice President

American Business Development Group (ABDG) is pleased to announce that Roger A. Nadeau,
Major General, U.S. Army (Retired), has joined the firm as Senior Vice President. MG Nadeau
enjoyed a distinguished 36 year career in the United States Army, culminating as Commanding
General, Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC). MG Nadeau also commanded the U.S.
Army Research, Development and Engineering Command; was the Program Executive Officer
for both Ground Combat Systems and Combat Support and Combat Service Support; and also
served as the Deputy for Systems Acquisition, Aviation and Missile Command.

ABDG’s President, Bill Skipper, stated, “I have been a fan of General Nadeau for many
years. I’ve watched Roger devote tireless hours to ensure that our Soldiers have the finest

After retirement from the Army, MG Nadeau served as a Vice President with a large defense
manufacturer, where he managed an annual revenue stream of $180,000,000 and met the
challenge of creating a single business unit from two geographically separated operations.
