Arlington, VA, September 17, 2009

In an effort to be better positioned to increase market share of U.S. Government business, Aerotec Group SAS, with the assistance of American Business Development Group (ABDG) has formed a U.S. company to be headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina. Former Ambassador Edward O’Donnell, Director of ABDG’s International Sector says “Columbia, South Carolina is an ideal place for this new partnership given the important Innovista Research and Technology Center of the University of South Carolina and the tradition in the state of hosting numerous European firms that are successful in the U. S. market.”

American Business Development Group Headquartered in Arlington, Virginia is an internationally respected, full-spectrum business development consulting firm, now representing a diverse list of over fifty prominent U.S. and international businesses. Aerotec Group SAS is a French company specializing in the defense aeronautics field and most principally engaged in development and integration of advanced technology products and services.

ABDG has represented Aerotec in the US market since 2007. ABDG is confident that having a US based company representing the technology and capabilities the parent company has researched, engineered and developed will open doors that have previously been closed to foreign entities.

“Our French client has established solid relationships with the world’s leading operators providing their clients a full range of performing, innovative and responsive solutions. This announcement provides the commitment necessary to compete and win business from the Federal Government” said Bill Skipper, President and CEO of ABDG. ABDG’s Vice President, George Demetriades remarked “representing US companies in Europe and European companies in the US provides our clients the flexibility and access that traditionally hasn’t been available from a consulting company. When opportunities dictate a move like this one Aerotec Group SAS has made, it’s advantageous to have representatives who understand the issues from both sides of the Atlantic.”

Paul Rossini, President of the parent company, Aerotec Group, located in Valence, France said; “I am very excited about the opportunities that the US market represents to my company. And I am confident that the relationship between ABDG and ATG-USA will be a profitable one for both companies.”
