American Business Development Group is proud to announce that Brigadier General (Retired) Daryl McCall, Senior Consultant for American Business Development Group, has been elected to the National Guard Association of the United States Corporate Advisory Panel for a two year term. The purpose of the CAP is to foster NGAUS and industry relationships supporting the mutual goal of enhancing and promoting the modernization and readiness of the Army and Air National Guard. In announcing General McCall’s election to the CAP, Bill Skipper, President and CEO of American Business Development Group stated, “As the former Legislative Director of NGAUS and a long time associate of General McCall, I am confident that Daryl’s skills and leadership ability are exactly what the National Guard community needs during these times of significant change.”
General McCall brings a broad spectrum of experience and insight to his position on the CAP. He is a recognized expert in the fields of force management and modernization. His career includes command at the brigade level and service on the National Guard Bureau staff. As the Army National Guard’s Chief of Force Integration, he orchestrated the largest restructuring effort of the Army National Guard since World War II. General McCall culminated his military career with service as the first Deputy Commanding General – Army National Guard at the United States Army Field Artillery Center and School.
